The Mind of The Leader (MOL) is a mindfulness training program designed by Potential Project for corporates and big brands. It focuses on addressing the fundamental human needs of employees, such as finding meaning, purpose, connection, and genuine happiness in their work.

• Building a complete solution that includes both a mobile app for mindfulness practice and a web-based backend.
