In an effort to bring the benefits of WordPress Open Source CMS Platform to more people, Multidots organized an event on behalf of Ahmedabad WordPress Meetup Group. The Global Translation Day is a full-day event aiming to make WordPress accessible in more languages. Anyone interested in WordPress can join to learn and contribute.
Multidots hosted the event at its office and sponsored the refreshments for the day. The aim was to make WordPress accessible in Gujarati language.
The event started in the morning with a basic introduction to what translation contribution is and why it is important. Newbies were guided through the process on making contribution. Plus, there was also a practical demonstration session. And, there was actual translation contribution too.
